Shipping
I currently offer FREE USPS First Class Package Shipping (on orders over $100) to the continental U.S on handmade jewelry. Otherwise, $5 shipping fee with be charged, If you choose this option, please allow approximately 2-7 business for your order to arrive.

COVID-19 (please read before purchasing): In the case that your USPS or UPS order has been in "Pre-shipment"/"Label Created"/"Shipment Ready for UPS" and it has not been updated within 48-72 hours of your label being created, we will need wait at least 3 WEEKS (for domestic orders) for the package to be found before we can take further action to resolve the issue on our end (i.e. cash refund, store credit or replacement) for the lost order. This is due to the mishandling of packages (regardless of the courier OR the shipping method chosen) during COVID-19.

Refund policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. I DO NOT PROCESS CASH REFUNDS. However, if something were to happen to your piece during transport or within 15 days of your purchase, damaged earring returns will be accepted and I will gladly remake you a new pair of the same style and send them out ASAP. For further investigation and quality control purposes, we do ask that you send back the damaged earrings with a return label that provided to you. If you need to make changes to your order after placed, please email me at exsandohsstudio@gmail.com. ALL JEWELRY AND HOMEWARE PURCHASES are final sale and due to the nature of the business and weekly shop restocks ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We do not have the obligation to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed & payment has been completed.
Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package.

BEFORE PURCHASING: Please note that all earrings are carefully made with thought and love and are subject to slight variation (in color, design, shape) due to its handmade nature. Therefore, no two earrings will be exactly the same. Exact color of earrings may vary from what is shown in stock photo.
exsandohs earrings are made with either stainless steel OR titanium posts & backs, and charms are made with 14k gold plated metal (lead & nickel free) with anti-tarnish & e-coating--so if you have sensitive ears, you are good to go! They are made of clay and can break if not handled/stored properly.
I am constantly working to improve my processes, methods, and supplies to create earrings that I am extremely proud of! We inspect each piece before packaging any orders to ensure they are of the highest quality, and if something were to break during transport (see RETURN POLICY) I will be more than happy to send you a replacement.
